Mindloom Yoga was born from devotion - a desire to share the clarity, healing, and wisdom that yoga and Ayurveda brought into Miglė’s life. Here, authenticity, compassion, and presence matter most.

It’s a space where everyone is seen, supported, and welcome exactly as they are. Mindloom weaves together asana, breathwork, meditation, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, and bodywork into a holistic practice that nurtures balance, resilience, and inner strength.

Every practice adapts to your body, mind, and energy. With guidance rooted in tradition and awareness, you discover what truly brings you back to balance - not just on the mat, but in everyday life.

Our Founder - Miglė Smirnovaite

Miglė is a yoga teacher, ThaiVedic Meditation & Lifestyle Consultant, and dedicated space holder known for her grounded presence and compassionate guidance. With over 1,000 hours of training across Asia and Europe, she brings depth, authenticity, and mindful precision to every class, workshop, and retreat.

Her approach blends Vinyasa, Holistic Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, and mindfulness practices, rooted in the Tristhana method of alignment, breath, and gaze. Each session becomes a balanced, embodied journey supporting clarity, resilience, and meaningful self-connection.

For Miglė, yoga is a lifelong path of presence and connection. She remains both teacher and eternal student-committed to guiding others toward balance, clarity, and inner freedom.
