Policies & Practice Guidelines
Thank you for choosing to practice with Mindloom Yoga.
To keep things clear, consistent and comfortable for everyone, the following policies apply to all Mindloom Yoga classes, private sessions, workshops and other offerings.
1. Booking & Payment
-
Please reserve your place in advance. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.
-
You can book an individual class or session, or purchase a class package.
-
If you have used all the classes in your current package, please purchase your next package before attending another class.
-
Class packages are personal and cannot be transferred, shared or used by another person.
First-Class Package Upgrade
If you decide to purchase a package after your first class, the amount already paid will be deducted from the package price. Your first class will count as the first class of your package, and the package validity period will begin on the date of that first class.
For example, if you pay €18 for your first class and then purchase a 15-class package for €150, you will pay the remaining €132.
2. Cancellations & Missed Classes
Group classes
Please cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled class.
Private sessions
Please cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late cancellations and no-shows will count as a used class or session.
I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected, serious circumstances can happen.
If something unavoidable comes up, please let me know as soon as possible.
Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually and at my discretion. An exception is not guaranteed and does not establish a general entitlement to a refund, credit or replacement class.
3. Arriving on Time
Please arrive on time and allow yourself a few minutes to settle before practice.
Group classes
-
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be able to join the physical practice.
-
You are welcome to quietly observe the remainder of the class, provided this does not disrupt the practice.
-
The class will still count as used.
Private sessions
-
If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time and cannot be extended.
-
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, the session will be considered cancelled and will count as used.
If you know you will be late, please let me know as soon as possible.
4. Class Package Validity
Each class package has a set validity period, depending on the package purchased. The validity period begins on the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Please choose a package that fits your schedule, as unused classes expire when the validity period ends.
Teacher Cancellations
If a class is cancelled by Mindloom Yoga, the package validity period will be extended accordingly, so you have the opportunity to use all your remaining classes.
Exceptional Extensions
If an unexpected and genuinely serious circumstance significantly affects your ability to use your package, please reach out as soon as possible.
Exceptional extensions may be considered only in genuinely serious and unforeseen circumstances. They are not intended for routine schedule changes or recurring requests. Any extension is at my discretion, and package validity periods are otherwise fixed.
5. Refunds
Class packages and individual bookings are non-refundable once purchased.
If an exceptional and genuinely serious circumstance arises, please contact me as soon as possible.
Any refund, credit or alternative arrangement will be considered individually and at my discretion.
An alternative arrangement is not guaranteed.
6. Practice & Shared Space
Please help maintain a respectful, welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.
-
Arrive prepared to practice and respect the beginning and end times of each session.
-
Listen to your body and practice within your own limits.
-
Inform your teacher about any relevant injuries, physical limitations or other considerations that may affect your practice.
-
Respect the shared space, the teacher and fellow practitioners.
Yoga is a personal practice. You are encouraged to approach each session with awareness, respect and care for yourself and others.
These policies help keep things simple, fair and consistent for everyone, while supporting
a regular and sustainable practice.
Thank you for respecting the space, the practice and each other's time.
