Payment, Cancellation &
Retreat Policy

Before completing your payment, please take a moment to read the following.

By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Payment & Your Reservation

Your place is officially secured once your payment has been received.

A €500 deposit is required to reserve your place and is non-refundable. You may also choose to pay the full retreat amount at the time of booking.

Any remaining balance must be paid by January 1, 2027.

2. Cancellation by Participant

We understand that plans can sometimes change.

If you cancel before January 1, 2027, the €500 deposit will be retained. Any amount you have paid above the deposit will be refunded.

From January 1, 2027, all payments are non-refundable, as accommodation, programme and other retreat costs will have been committed.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. You may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to approval and any applicable accommodation or administrative conditions.

3. Cancellation by the Organiser

In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered either:

• a full refund of all retreat payments made directly to the organiser; or
• the option to transfer your payment as credit toward a future Mindloom Yoga retreat or programme.

Please note that flights, transportation, travel insurance and other personal expenses booked independently are not covered by the organiser.

4. Participation, Health & Safety

The retreat includes yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and other physical and contemplative practices. You are responsible for participating according to your own experience, abilities and physical condition.

Please inform us before the retreat of any relevant injuries, health conditions, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect your participation.

Participation in individual practices is always your choice. If at any point a practice does not feel appropriate for you, you are encouraged to rest or modify it.

Participants are expected to arrive sober and to behave respectfully toward the teachers, venue, staff and other participants.

5. Travel & Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own flights, transportation to and from the retreat, travel documents, insurance and other personal travel expenses unless specifically stated as included in the retreat package.

Mindloom Yoga is not responsible for costs or losses resulting from travel delays, cancellations, late arrival, early departure, missed sessions or a participant's inability to attend.

We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

6. Agreement

By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Payment, Cancellation & Retreat Policy.
