Vinyasa is flow - movement and breath that strengthens the body, calms the mind, and awakens presence. Rooted in traditional Tristhana (asana · breath · gaze), each class becomes a mindful journey from grounding to expansion.

 

What to Expect: 

• Warm-up to awaken breath and awareness

• Creative sequences for strength, mobility, and clarity

• Themes such as hip opening, heart opening, twists, or balance

• A grounding closing sequence and guided rest
