UPCOMING IMMERSION RETREATS
THE ART OF PRACTICE · 5-Day Yoga Immersion | Mallorca, Spain
February 26 - March 2, 2027
For curious practitioners who want to go beyond simply practising more and develop a deeper understanding of how and why we practise.
Through asana, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and focused workshops, we’ll explore the relationship between movement, breath and awareness - with space for individual guidance, rest and integration.
You don’t need an advanced practice - only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Practice with depth. Explore with curiosity.
Leave with greater understanding.
